Coaches Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for letting their Team Rep know what tournaments the teams will be playing, so that they can be registered and paid for. Besides the Sanctioning bodies own site, see links , Additional Tournament information can be found at:

Coaches, you need a Team Rep, and two fundraiser reps. We will not need a dedicated person for team accounts, one of the fundraiser chairs can do that. The Magic Treasurer will keep all that info. Player account statements are available for the asking by e-mail.
The Team rep is responsible for rosters, the accuracy of the player information, birth certificates, medical releases, and getting the team information out. That person should also be feeding team info to the webmaster for posting.
Team Fundraising reps are to help the Fundraising Chairman. They will organize volunteers within their teams for the various fundraising efforts.
