Expectations
Parent
I, as a parent of a Delaware Magic Girls Fastpitch Softball Player,
agree to the following:
I will make every reasonable effort to
have my child at all practices and games.
I will notify the coach to let him/her
know if my child will be late or will miss a game or practice.
I understand the coaches, other
parents, and the children are making a commitment of their time and
energy and I need to do the same.
I understand my child may not
participate fully in games if they have missed practices or games.
I understand that I need to attend
practices and games as a display of support for my child.
I understand I must pick my child up at
practice on time - the coaches cannot leave until all children have
left.
I understand that I have the right to
voice support for my child and her team, but I cannot direct disparaging
remarks toward other players, coaches, referees, or spectators.
I understand no one is paid to clean up
after my child or me. I will pick up anything I or my child brings to
practices or games.
I will provide a copy of my child's
birth certificate for age verification.
Player
I, as a participant of the Delaware Magic Girls Fastpitch Softball,
agree to the following:
I will make every reasonable effort to
be at all practices and games.
I will pay attention to the coach and
respect his/her time.
I am playing this game to have fun, but
will work hard to improve my skills.
I know I can cheer for my teammates,
but I also know I cannot yell at me opponents or the umpires.
I understand no one is paid to clean up
after me. I will pick up anything I bring to practices or games.
